If you're effectively filling orders for a legit buyer then wholesaling to them becomes a straightforward matter.As was already mentioned, however, you may be best served not focusing on trying to wholesale and instead buying the land at a steep discount and going straight to the retail market.

I made money via appreciation (and ultimately did well), but the rental income was, at best, treading water.If you’re up for the management challenge, buy right, and have a longer term horizon, I think you can do OK but it may be worthwhile to wait for the market to cool down a bit.

These loans require your personal "DTI" to be in order, but to put it in perspective I see those rates at or around 7.49% on investment LLC loans with 20-25% down and 2% or less in orignation fees.

Would you find a 55+ park to be too restrictive for a 1st time park buyer or would you say if other factors made sense this would be worth considering?
