As an active member on the women's track team during my four years at LSU, I conquered a National Championship Title, SEC Championship Title, and numerous SEC Academic awards.

The formula I highlighted is just a simplification of the entire Band of Investment concept.

I live on Cape so that's preferrable, otherwise would need good online banking system if it's further away or a national bank.

The reason I prefer an actual attorney in lieu of a national service is the local court will hear the case not the national attorney in another area or someone that does not specialize in something like real estate law.  

I’d rather have a national franchise triple net tenant in place on a 20 year lease.

@Chris Ayers, sure $750 will get you a good exchange from a national QI service.
