I have a full condo of furniture and have to move it somewhere to STR! 

I moved out all the bad apples and fixed the place up nice.

I was very moved, we made a deal that fit their needs, we brought down the interest from the original 8% I was asking to 6.5% to meet their monthly max budget.

This constantly gets my name out there and now I’ve got people approaching me about moving into my units on a regular basis.

If it opens in 2025 the vast majority will probably start to move/migrate within the first 3-6 months of 2025. 

I advise people to hold property forever unless they can move the money into another investment that produces a greater return or moves them closer to their goals.

Another option is to split the cost based on the number of occupants in each unit but this also means you'll need to adjust the charges as tenants move in/out, so it requires more work and I wouldn't recommend it.

Hi BP, I'm considering selling off my small portfolio of 3 SFH's and moving the money into either a Delaware Statutory Trust via a 1031 or just selling and paying the tax and then reinvesting the money in a syndication. 

Again, depends on the market, and many other factors, but it's a market large enough that, if you make the right moves and work with the right consultant, you can easily win at as long as we don't have an entire market collapse.
