I read industry reports, review new listings, and prepare my call list in the morning before W-2 work.

I went and bought Brandon' Turners earlier book "investing in real estate with no (and low) money down"  along with J Scott's "estimating rehab costs" just this morning.

And if I try to mow early on Saturday mornings, when I have somewhere to go, neighbors would yell and scream.Singles when they have a choice would choose my SFR if they plan to hold frequent gatherings, since the driveway can hold 4 cars, being a corner lot another 6.

Possibly midday Saturday or early Sunday morning. 

The DOW is down over 350 this morning.

Good morning, my name is Christian and after watching a documentary on financial freedom I found the courage to reach out this morning.

So ya, I’m still buying-but getting nervous and typing “recession” into search tools I was reading an article in the Washington post this morning (I think) that went like this.  

Not only was i working at least 50 hrs a week at the restaurant now i was closeing a bar at 2 am and having to get up and go to work the next morning and still losing my *** on the bar .

Half the year I work at night, so I’m available for meet ups in the mornings after our kids go to school and in the afternoons before work.Mahalo,Mark T.
