The key thing is most banks need to approve the fabricator for container homes, its going to be similar than any other modular home where the bank either has to be cool with a different draw schedule or a the prefabricator (container company) has to be cool getting paid a little bit after they've completed their work.But in most cases where the container company is legitimate, I think one can find options.

At $100, I thought they weren't charging enough.I think if you were to provide quality info, in a decent venue, with networking opportunities, a price point of $600-$900 per each day of the event is a fair price to pay.

If you plan on having very large deductions, then I would mark the price down to something stupid just to get some renters in there to prove it's a legitimate STR and that your expenses and deductions are justified.
