FNMA has some ridiculous addendums, and when you sign them, you're basically agreeing that you'll buy the property no matter how long it takes the seller to close, or you'll lose your earnest money (yes, it's ridiculous, but I've had multiple lawyers review the addendum and they all say I'd probably lose if I ever wanted to try to back out of a FNMA deal because the seller couldn't close on time).Anyway, decide if it's worth waiting for, or if you just want to move on...
