I am happy to provide insight as I work extensively with foreign national investors in the US.

I just gave it a try with a random property I found for sale on Redfin and once the map updated and I clicked on the parcel it brought up a little context window that provided the mailing address (as well as other info).

If anyone has a DD checklist for such properties (and/or anecdotal thoughts on the same), can you please share?

Getting the money is about 100x harder than drawing up the paperwork.

When deciding between them, look for flexible memberships, no high-volume minimum, and customer service to help walk you through the process.

Then, I'm also wondering about the challenges.
