Do a good job communicating when there were issues out of your control that delayed it?

I do have a job but it doesn't pay well.

Hello @Michelle BrightThank you, I love it here on BP.com. yes I think I will be looking to sell it in roughly 5 years when I'm getting ready to leave this area and move on to a new job.

Her current job of 10 years verified employment and salary. 

Only thing is, some contractors do not want to wait to get paid, they want down payment upfront plus may not want to wait for inspector to release draw to them during the job.

He came here to work a short term job. 

Luckily, I had a good job through the recession and rented out a room to a friend, but I've often thought, if I had lost my job for some reason, I may have ended up losing the house because I had no equity and no real savings. 

Hello All,I currently have a good job with very little expenses.

A realtor's job is to advise and execute the client's (your) plan even if the chance for success is ~0%. 

My job is to protect my client and there is nothing good that can come from allowing the buyer back on the property for any reason (unless they have an inspection contingency or another one lined up in the initial contract).
