However,If a fraction of what is projected (extreme homelessness, drug abuse on public streets, human feces, needles and the like covering the streets) then California is in trouble as it faces the impending mass exodus of its productive citizens.

Sure, we run a business, but I am a human first, a businessmen second. 

And of course, read as much as is humanly possible! 

If something happened that required me to take the life of another human, I could try to justify it as "self defense" but the truth is, I chose to place myself in that situation in the pursuit of money.

It helped change a lot of my negative tendencies and helped me become a better investor and human being as well.

But I've underestimated people's humanity.
