Our initial plan was to hold it as a MTR (medium term rental) but decided to flip instead in order to fund the purchase of our new primary residence.

Trying to make it a full time STR but its like one barrier after another.

His plan is to demolish both and put in a development complex.

The only thing holding me back is talking to someone who has completed the course and is successfully making a career out of it a few years down the road.

I'd assume near a hospital would be a great area to purchase a rental?
