@Randy Giovanniello maybe look at joining a team vs individual so you get more experience in hours you’re free, or sign up for showing service like Showami where they pay you to show houses.

One thing which holds true is that the people managing the retirement funds know not much than we do.

You've probably heard of big Landlords losing property, but only because they were flagrantly violating Fair Housing, running a slum, or otherwise violating the law in an egregious manner.
