Dear all, I am looking to understand how much the rental market has saturated (increased supply) in Kernersville, Jamestown, Greensboro near airport, High Point. 

Premium RE, high COC return like a luxury STR or small balance multi family could be a good partial anchor. 

I applied for funding on COGO but the interest rates were to high as well as the points. 

If I could not find one on a property, I would note that as a safety concern and would highly encourage adding one for the safety of the home owners.

High rise housing doesn't work either unless you want that war zone again. 

At high LTV, you need a ~1% ratio in my market with the current rates to be cash neutral if properly allocating for expenses.  

I had called Audible and ASKED if the CD was available...which means I want the info ON THE CD...and the person I spoke to just said the CD was not available with the audio version...so why not tell me that the information is available ON THE AUDIBLE WEBSITE?

The townhome itself is decent but nothing high end.
