I say this not only because it flows nicely with all the other capital letters, but because the lowercase version is in a different typeface, particularly one that I feel looks a little less professional/gives off a different vibe than the first one.Finally, a BP forum question I can confidently offer my opinion on (I'm new to investing, but a full-time graphic designer)!

You get into the ones that do half a house and they start getting really expensive.Might want to just charge for a new unit and let the rental pay it off over time. example you spend 1,500 but on card at 40 a month and spread the cost out over time.If you can add ceilings fan cheaply maybe that takes pressure some off the system.

Scary to think there are people out there that have no problem ripping people off like that.Especially to the point of advising people to get credit cards at super high interest rates to pay for the " courses" Definitely people like this that can give people a negative impression of the industry

Quick backstory, I initially planned to invest in my first rental property back in March, I had worked diligently to clean up my credit, paying off and having collections removed, bringing my student loans current, and paying off my credit card to a 0 balance throughout 2014.

@David VitarelliWhen out driving and you see renovations happening at a house, pull over and ask to speak with the GC, see their work and if you like it ask for a card and see if they might be interested in doing business.
