I can find MOI data by general market area, but that freely available data is too broad (geographic area too large, aggregated across a whole range of house prices), therefore not as useful as an MOI targeted in our price range and perhaps down to the zip code or subdivision.Also would be grateful for any general feedback on the method above.regards,Judd Heartsill

In terms of their title or specific job description? 

I presume from the description you gave that the tax lien is for income taxes.

You should also be able to obtain the legal description either from the seller or the public records.

You also have the option of searching for properties in other geographical areas where the numbers may come closer to your model.Best of luck
