@Ashley Wishinski Thanks for the tips...This loan is assumable...His brother assumed the loan on 4 of his properties...Didn't buy these because he didn't want to bite off more than he can chew...Of course he took the better properties, but these are still pretty cash flow friendly.

I don't think any tenant sense 1999 have agreed to the 2 years.Now the annual $105 landlord license per property and the new $30 state wide registration for pre 1978 properties with lead based paint and the associated inspection, that real fun here in the Republic.
