As I have gone through this whole college experience, I have come to realized that I have zero interest in accounting, and from what my friends who are in the field have shared with me, I can't see myself working in an environment like that (at least to only enrich the person above me).

Good topic I talked to my agent who went part time and got a full-time job.She said the current environment is cut throat agents doing things that are unethical or at least bad business practice .Verbally tell someone one thing then turns around a do something else leaving folks holding the bag.Looks like a dog eat dog world right now.

More into maybe getting a mountain cabin ( not a beach guy) were I can fly fish. and walk in the pines and firs. between were you live and Lake Tahoe there are some great spots. and some that are pretty reasonable ..
