So i start my career in real estate as an agent and about three years ago I discovered Biggerpockets community that I dicovered that the ways of making money in real estate are basically unliomited, creative financing, storage, flipping, house hacking, wholeselling and much more. 

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I can remember my college microbiology class where the first experiment was the professor having us bring in samples of cleaning agents (i.e., bleach, ammonia, popular cleaning solutions "guaranteed" to sanitize etc.) spread on Agar plates that were then incubated in a warmer. 

By law I have to disclose that I'm a licensed sales agent in Virginia, but there's no commitment.

John A. most have a number of agents that scrub the MLS, then they plug the numbers to look at yield and/or cap rate.

I am a licensed real estate agent, but this would be my first deal.
