Link up with an experienced real estate investor and an experience real estate broker.One flipping the work gets much harder for each different trade you add. 

I am young, and by no means "know it all," so my purpose of joining this site is to gain knowledge by meeting and reading posts by experienced investors.

I would love to meet up with others in the bay area who are a little bit more experienced than I am so that I can ask about your experience. 

I'm hoping to connect with experienced members and members like myself, learn from their experiences and hopefully share some of  my own throughout the process.

Your input, as an experienced and successful investor, means a lot. 

All real estate markets operate in cycles and if they are in an area that is experiencing rapid growth in the upswing part of the cycle then perhaps you might be able to show them this information.

I have always done conventional mortgages, so this area is new to me and I would appreciate more experienced investors chiming in with their opinions. 

There are some wise and experienced people that have offered you their advice freely.After all the wise people have offered advice, you'll have to make do with me.

A good real estate agent or broker can be a big help to you and they don't have to be experienced with investors to be useful to you -- and you to them.

My short term goal is to buy and rent single family homes and as my Real Estate IQ develops, invest in other forms of Real Estate.I'm here seeking guidance from experienced investors in New Jersey and if there is any value I can provide in return please let me know!
