Imagine talking to a real estate agent or estate investor and they show you a house that is going to be rehab it is horrible but then you put on these glasses and the information is in there on what it would look like after it's done so you can imagine and picture actually see what it would look like all fixed up in the colors you can choose right then and there for the options and then also the layout of carpet or even picking and choosing styles of beds cabinets refrigerators and furniture so the customer doesn't have to be discouraged on looking at the horrible house that it is now but what it could look like for the possibility of attracting more buyers to that specific property.... perhaps it's already a thing and I just haven't looked into it as much I just had an idea and thought I would throw it out there

You will want to move forward with a system that you are comfortable with - some want more safety/privacy as they begin investing while others have more aggressive investment styles.
