There's a lot of dishonest people in this business and you need to aware of who you get into bed with.

I just look under "civil and Probate", and get the complete file, including the death certificate. 

Tenant may plant the beds adjacent totheir dwelling to their liking, but only with those plants that are ofappropriate size and type for the beds. 

This addition would be on top of slab/crawl (that we would have to lay) and would include an interior remodel of the kitchen, master bed/bath, and possibly another 1/2 bath. 

I could have done it myself for 1K but didn't have the time.5) Did the same thing on another 3 bed 1 bath, needed help so I put 2K down and did a contract for 5 years at 5% owner carry.

Meaning no waiver of security deposit, no first months rent half off or free etc.Example a 2 bed of 750 X 12 is 9,000 a year.
