I've been reading several posts about where to look for deals and understand the MLS is probably not a great source. 

Always interested in partnering, finding deals and learning from other like minded people.

Yes, that could mean better deals, but you are buying into sinking markets in most cases right now.

Hey @Joseph Johnston - I'm a broker and investor in NYC, and I've done deals in Bronx.Multifam in the boroughs are moving slower than usual, especially if it's not completely turnkey and/or has any tax incentives on it. 

That is a way to sell seminars and buy great deals nationwide.

HelloWe've had great success on our two SFH long term rental properties, and one of the parts that I really enjoy in this endeavor has been the deal analysis. 

Conversely, rushing into deals without thorough due diligence is something I would avoid.

Currently looking at land deals in sunnyside but need to run accurate rough cost to see if itll be worth it

I know I for one would be snooping around .. being a CA tax sale investor since the 60s we are used to tax sales and the finality of it.. but once bid for assets came into the picture an everything went all around the world literally.. the deals are just not what they used to be..
