I have found that city folks are often oblivious to the real and present dangers of the wild, particularly in the wilderness or national forests/parks.

There is a requirement of 14 days to service notice to correct but if animals are in danger it's worth trying to get the notice posted and moving for eviction...even if you lose.

My thought was having a programmable thermostat would help mitigate abuse.The other thing I have experienced when tenants have to pay for the oil is they let it run out or dangerously low which in turn causes a service call.

A website that appears at all unfinished will convey a scam/fake feel.One last thing... the color red is associated with energy, war, danger, strength, power, determination as well as passion, desire, and love, whereas blue is often associated with depth and stability.

That's a dangerous looking household if you ask me.

Do not invest in any city on Neighborhood Scouts’ list of the 100 most dangerous US cities.

But the danger is rent in areas that don't produce enough income to cash flow and property taxes that are absurd in my mind wiping out cash flow.
