Going to make sure I cross my T’s and dot my I’s moving forward!

Cash flow properties may be harder to find in Howard County (although certainly not impossible), but just crossing over into SW or Western Baltimore County you should find good opportunities for investing and still make your commute to NG doable until you are financially free.

I have two questions.First, I am interested in hearing from people who have invested in real estate in towns in northern Ohio, those bordering Lake Erie.  

I have one unit that borders that area and if I was to sell one it would be that one.

If you are using a low down payment with PMI, you should expect to be cash flow negative in DC in most cases.What neighborhood and cross streets is it at?

Going to cash out in the next week or so and will be set up to purchase at least one more rental this year (hopefully two pending appraisal...fingers crossed).

Our goal is to start generating solid off-market leads with a higher potential to cashflow out the gate, but for now I am just so happy we got into the game as smoothly as we did (keeping fingers crossed). 

With that said there are opportunities in Keene , Rochester, and some of the towns closer to the VT border.
