You might be able to market properties to them, or they may have something that your buyers are interested in.As far as deals...do a direct mail campaign, put out bandit signs, call FSBO's.

ive started a bandit sign campaign that's gotten nothing but attention from old hags that are "bothered" by signs that are put up 50 ft away from their residence .ive received 2 inquiries so far and 1 guy simply wants too much . he wants 145k with an arv of 151k ..and the other simply changed his mind "p.s." - i already stopped wasting my time because the name of the game is get a killer deal or none at all right ?"

Talk to more agents, talk to wholesalers, talk to property managers, talk to contractors, learn about the property auction system, consider direct marketing/yellow letter campaigns, invite some old hands for a coffee, get to some REIA events etc.

Actually @Melissa Nash,the mouse couldn't care less.Their hotels are quite full and doing very well.The guy spearheading the campaign is Tushar Patel,chairman of the board for Tarsidia Hotels Corp.He owns every Marriott property and half the Best Westerns in Anaheim.He is leading every small hotel owner and the angry neighborhood homeowners into fighting Airbnb to the death,and he is winning.
