I figured If I was able to get the property for under 200k and do about 25-33k in renovations changing the concept of the lay in the home and adding another bath room and having the roof done adding come curb appeal would bring this homes value to about 319-329k.

I was also thinking about either redoing the kitchen countertops or the bathroom reason being because I start investing into MFH or multi unit buildings and I was hoping to take the equity out after I do all of this stuff so I can have the money to do it.

It is called the Bathroom remodeling workshop....demonstration and hands on, a 10 week class, held one per week for 3 hours on Wednesday nights in which the students construct an actual bathroom....yee haw!!
