I have been visiting constantly the area, my "business mentor" lives in sunny isles and Miami Beach.

But being abroad allowed for some life changing experiences and a chance to visit parts of the world I had only dreamed about.

I spent a few months trying to invest in tax liens in NJ and Florida.To net it out, in north and central NJ, on every one of 9 city auctions I visited, I had a handful of hedge funds completely price the liens out of reach of small investors.

You (or the PM company) should have visited the property at some point between last summer and now to check to make sure there were no further issues after the foundation repairs.- Always find a reason to enter the house at least once every 3-6 months.
