Great article JJ Pawlowski - I wish every borrower could read this!

Make sure to listen to all the BP podcasts, read the articles on the main blog and be active in these forums to learn a ton very quickly about any topic in real estate you want to know more about.This is also a great place to meet people that can be assets to your business.

I have read countless articles and books on investing, but it wasn't until I heard Jeff's podcast on Bigger Pockets that I knew there was something special here.

From what I am seeing in my personal experiences with the market has me pessimistic (at least for the short term)  yet I keep seeing positive article after positive article.  

If you follow this link there are several articles that will show you about duplexes, how to buy/sell and care for them.   

I have read that once you reach the age 55 in one article, and 65 in a different article, you can take money out but it would be taxed if not for medical.

The article referenced talks about linoleum, which seems to be enjoying a surge in popularity.
