I wish I could post my lease as I think there is nothing that a judge might be bothered by and to my amazement a local realtor asked to have a copy of my lease after we spoke a good few hours about renters and renting.

I am ready to start this amazing journey in real estate and would like to network with those in Dallas who currently have experience.

I continue to be impressed by the podcasts... its amazing how many people know this much and are willing to share as much as they do.

And if I remember correctly, you cannot lease the property to any of those disqualified people either.Those are just some of the restrictions, but I think SD-IRAs are amazing vehicles for investing outside the stock market, especially real estate. 

In my personal opinion, I feel that George Antone is a great teacher and has a wealth of knowledge and this course is amazing and free.
