It's what would have been done anyway.As I mentioned in the posts above, I think they just had some change in their life and they felt this was the better way to handle it rather than being truthful and approaching this as professional adults.

@Elena Pech they should get liability on their renters insurance and if these are working away from home adults I suggest no puppies.

That being said, at least in FL, you can have in the lease application that all adult occupants must be on the application.
