Brainhead is nice and you have the added bonus of being 3 hrs from Vegas (which depending on your preferred airline may make flights significantly cheaper).I have a great realtor here.

Hello everyone:I am located in Las Vegas and looking to acquire a property to house hack this Spring. 

I'm considering investing in Las Vegas using the VA loan and zero % down, but after running calculations on a couple prospective properties (both SFR 3bd/2.5ba), it has become apparent that negative cash flow is inevitable given current market conditions (estimated -750/mo). 

Not just a mom/pop kinda deal but something with restaurants, a bar/nightclub, even a casino.

I have my primary property in Las Vegas and have had it for two years now.

I was going to say….Not in “Las Vegas” but many/most people refer to Henderson and north Las Vegas as Las Vegas, and there you can.

Hello BP, I am a new investor, i bought my first property in Las Vegas with a VA loan a couple of years ago and have some equity a long with some cash saved up.I am looking to break into a different market since my goal is to have cash flowing Rental properties incorporating the BRRR method into my strategy.Looking for deals, I have stumbled across auction.com, but it seems risky considering no inspections can be completed beforehand.Does anyone have any tips when taking this route to find a suitable property?
