Any Sacramento locals can provide some insights regarding Sacramento rental markets? How difficult to find tenants? Is Rancho Cordova a better area and is it difficult to find tenants due to farther away from Sacramento ? Thinking about buying duplexes and fourplexes in Sacramento metro area.
