Just enough to avoid  PMI, which is a total waste at $75/mo per $100k borrowed.If I could find stable assets like you mention that are 1.5% producers I'd buy as many as possible at today's resi rates.

I want to begin wholesaling in this area and I'm here to network with people who know the area well and want to form a solid relationship. 

I'd ask local investors and investor-friendly agents for contractor recommendations to make sure you get someone reputable.I think the BRRRR is a solid strategy to grow your portfolio and build wealth over time.Lastly, J.

Seems like wasted time on both ends but I guess that is the business!

I know people are busy and don't want to waste anyone's time if they're not interested.What my current company has taught me is that it's not fun to be successful and at the top, all by yourself.

I’d say there are a lot of B and C multis in north Tulsa but it’s a solid C area currently.

@Travis BuckEnrolled Agent is a solid accreditation from the IRS that indicates that the person is well versed in doing taxes.

That would allow for quicker turn around so you don't waste rentable days.
