I think there's a negative stigma tied to manufactured homes. 

It’s the fact that they are no longer manufactured making simple repair impossible.

Currently tiny homes building is a lot more labor intensive because there arent factory lines for manufacturing.

I invest in individual manufactured homes on land in manufactured home communities.

A lot of parks have relationships with MH manufactures and can bring homes in pretty affordably. 

After closer inspection, we discovered that this manufactured home is literally separating where the walls and ceiling meet.

There is a podcast on BP about two guys that started flipping manufactured homes in Las Vegas and had some good success that worth watching for more on the process.
