I am not in a flood zone myself (that was one of my "must haves" when I bought my house).I figured it would be best to view houses in person.Thought Id ask anyway- I’ve seen people here and there saying how they work all over – but they probably have “eyes on location”.Mobile homes: My question is are they a viable option?

We both have jobs that move locations intermittently and looking to invest in a third market closer to his parents.
