When I login, it says "It looks like you were at Home Depot!"

the folks who said go with grey missed the original posters point he's got beige tile floors you can't put gray base cabinets and gray walls and that fairly ugly base floor.I agree with the real estate agent who said you've got to go with the beiges.the color Rite paint everything is Sherwin-Williams antique white which is the same color and Home Depot's bear.

I have a good tenant whom I just collected the Depot to Hold money.

There is a full garden and the whole friggin house is wrapped in plants...then the double lot is grown over with random shrubs and little trees.It's literally surrounded by a ragtag bunch of different plants haphazardly planted.If in the spring I were to cut most of them out, freeing up the .3 acres into a nice big yard and to tidy up around the outside, would I expect to see some equity added when appraised?

It's called the Garden State for a reason and all those farms in Salem County get boat loads of money from the state to stay operating. 

My wife is also a designer, so we don't do "Home Depot" cabinets, more like HGTV finishes.Moderate: 50-60/sf again, this is all licensed and permitted work. 

The brands with with problem I believe were ones sold from their store and not through Home Depot, etc but verify this.
