Until 2018 spring most were sold in one weekend with endless offers.

Eventually you'll stop caring & start tossing um out at Christmas.

actually right now I spent the weekend studying  when I can take my SSI and when I can get on medicare  LOL.. 

I got numerous complaints, saying I only gave them 5 day notice of change of ownership.Then in Christmas Day we had strong winds and there was power outage in the whole street.

@Jonathan David As you described it is getting scary, I am noticing the same trend.I go to bbq's every weekend and there is always somebody that knows about biggerpockets and they are buying.  

Make plans to do it this weekend. 

Probably pretty similar to you, the idea was to do weekly/monthly rentals and then have a place to stay when we are down there (4-6 weekends a year and most of December) while making a little cash.

I usually work on weekends and late at night, early mornings.

we would sell them on the weekend. my dad has his own escrow processing in house..
