There is missing information so no one could give an accurate positive answer but there is plenty of info to rule out any possibility of this request getting approved. 

So you may be putting yourself at risk trying to use contracts not approved by the state or a buyer finding fault and causing you some issues.

We service the loans ourselves, need no license, and when a case goes infront of a judge there’s no stretching the law because of sympathy for the consumer home owner; both us and the debtor are professional business people.

Also I will learn a lot in Remodeling so I will spend less money when I will be flipping properties.I am planning to buy my first property in months, but since I don't earn that much I will not be approved for big mortgage, so I am planning to buy an apartment, fix it and rent it.

Hey @Jim OConnell the Arizona Association of Realtors has a pre-approved form for seller financing that I use for my investors that are interested in seller financing.

And when I tried to look for a agent they also told me I needed to be approved before looking for property.
