Have been watching podcasts and BP forums to see if it's possible for me to purchase or invest in property while I house-hack it.

I have learned a lot by reading from various sources (including BiggerPockets) and from watching / listening to hours and hours of YouTube videos. 

After listening to BP podcasts, reading books, and watching videos for years, I am finally ready to take my first actionable steps. 

Rent to own or lease options was recently brought to my attention after watching a video by Kris Krohn on YouTube.

I would read as many books as you can on deals, watch youtube videos from investors (who arent trying to sell you 40,000 coaching programs), and listen to podcasts.If you want to get into multifamily but have not invested in RE before i would recommend starting off with a duplex to quad and learning the basics of the game and see all the expenses, headaches and challenges that come with running a property on your own.

Over the last couple of months, I spent a lot of time reading, watching, and listening to real estate content from BiggerPockets and elsewhere, and I decided to change my strategy.
