I don't know much about USDA loans as I am in California and not near USDA areas. but their guidelines should be posted online.Definitely talk to a lender before doing any leg work looking at homes so you know where you stand.

I the states I worked OR and WA you had the right to redeem at any time pre sale you could even hand a check to the crier to redeem right there on the spot and stop the thing.in CA the law is the lender if I think its within 3 or 5 days its at their DISCRETION wether they want to accept reinstatement but you can always pay in full right up to and including at the sale.. but that's our states.
