By far the most stressful loan process. 45-65 days to close (which is ridiculous in the DC area).

This is a great lesson in giving people the benefit of the doubt before stressing out.I did NOT accuse my tenant of the vandalism, thankfully.

I don't need this, I have enough stress.

This is why it costs your health to stress over someone saying they're "not interested".

But I do have to say that investing isn’t easy and can be quite stressful.

For those who decided to stay away from it what kind of properties have you found that have less M&R cost/stressfulness?

Right now it's costing you stress and money. 

Better to wait for a strong tenant than deal with the expense, hassle, and stress of a poor one.

That's why I stress the importance of building a relationship first.
