Just because it seems like a bad choice to you doesn't mean t's not the perfect thing for the seller.Final thought... a property with a purchase price this low is probably not going to produce an NOI at 50%.

Some L-T laws require notice to be give XX number of days before the end of the rental term (for MTM that means prior to the end of the month) and others XX number of days prior to the date when the tenant intends to vacate. 

There is a lot of demand from young professional families who want a house and a yard but are still committed to city living.
