Hello everyone,I'm a beginning real estate investor looking to enter the Indiana market with a buy-and-hold rental property strategy.

Buy or inherit and hold for a long time, then cash out and redeploy equity into potentially higher cash flowing properties or other investments.2.

I would've liked to hold onto it for the cash flow and to use the equity to purchase other properties but my wife and I sold it and got divorced shortly after.

But investing has returned to historic norms, it takes a 10 year hold approach to really see big financial benefits.
