Seeking Insight: Top Indiana Cities for Long-Term Rentals

Hello everyone,

I'm a beginning real estate investor looking to enter the Indiana market with a buy-and-hold rental property strategy. Alongside acquiring rentals, I'm interested in establishing a service-based business within the real estate niche, potentially offering maintenance or renovation services.

To make the most informed decision, I'd appreciate any insights from experienced Indiana investors on:

Top Indiana Cities for Long-Term Rentals: What cities offer a strong rental market with factors like stable vacancy rates, positive cash flow potential, and opportunities for property appreciation?

Locations for Business Growth: Are there specific Indiana cities with a growing real estate market that would be favorable for establishing a service-based business catering to landlords and tenants?

Any advice on these considerations or additional factors I should be aware of would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and expertise!

Lebanon, Sheridan, Cicero are all up and coming areas that are growing and will continue to appreciate above average.
