if there was a electronic lock box you can see who did the last showing ( have to ask listing agent) but it would prove nothing, I have had this happen before your only recourse write up your best offer to lock down the property it is usually done by the buyer to prevent other offers

Thanks Mark (sirry the @ doesn't work on my phone).I feel like a duplex hits a sweet spot where you get a lot of space and privacy compared to a complex, especially if it's mixed in a SFH area.

I have a property that would be a great spot for a billboard, and I have checked state regs concerning what I can and cannot do as the property owner, and as someone leasing to the billboard companies to do their turn-key.
