You also have to research the health of the HOA as the special assessments can kill your cash flow pretty quickly.

You have a great foundation to start at your age, don't rush out of the job that is so specialized and does so well.

We just have old oak hardwood floors, nothing special about them......could the undulating have been caused by adult beverages?
