Manufactured Home dealers & Transactional lawyers

Hi there! My partner and I are looking to buy a piece of land in North County and put a manufactured/modular home on it as our primary residence. I've spoken with a few dealers and the people in this field seem fantastic as a general rule. Hoping to get any input on dealers and GCs that specialize in manufactured home installation that you've had good experience with to try to find the right fit. 

Also looking for business/transactional lawyers to discuss STR Business entity selection and to discuss the legal decisions and implications surrounding my non married partner and I buying this land together.

Last but not least, looking to connect with other investors/groups/masterminds especially in the STR and multi family space to exchange ideas!

@Yashira Jackson You may also want to talk to your local manufactured housing association. They may have a few referrals for you based on what you're looking for. In the past, I've found them to be a good source of information and resources. Hope that helps!
