Surprisingly, most that know they won't pass either object (red flag) or don't even apply, saving me time. 

The credit cards are a big red flag.

Much lower fees than a refi, you don't pay interest if you're not using the money, not as much red tape.

Missing rent 15 times plus an eviction is a red flag.

The first "red flag" that i noticed is that i's close to a water treatment plant.

@Lynnette E.  660 is not a good credit score in my market and a bankruptcy - especially one so recent - is a major red flag.   

As u go u learn to see red flags.

There are a lot of things to look for, and a lot of red flags to run from.

When declining an applicant who does not meet your credit score requirements or has issues on there credit that raise red flags do you have to send them special notification or would a standard phone call letting them know be sufficient.  

The hardest part when developing raw land is getting through all the red tape.
