The real reason that anything including real estate investing is stressful is because we think that our future happenings are not going to meet our satisfaction thereby creating this illusion of stress.Newbie real estate investors could double and even quadruple there rate of success if they could learn to control their minds.

I'm hoping it will work but I don't count on winter cabin guests but Mayo clinic patients. 

Also, you just need to be calm, patient, and continually follow up with them to make sure things get done. 

In addition, the type of labor involved in operation of such a business is certainly not highly skilled, so I would imagine high turn over which could be detrimental to productivity and customer satisfaction.

I've gotta plug Brian Langus here because helped me get in touch with financing, a credit counselor (only needed since lending is messed up rn), gave me multiple cmas over the year and was really patient and helped me.

The return can be a CoC via higher rent, increased property value, attracting better tenants, attracting more tenant applications, increasing tenant satisfaction & lease renewal--all of which are worth considering...but at the end of the day, if the return on investment isn't good, then what's the point?

This guy isn't even willing to be patient enough to talk to you on the phone about working the deal without an agent.

Determine whether you would rather find a property now (work with an agent for on-market properties), or be patient and try to find something off market.Good luck!
