I do agree that I find myself using an outside mortgage calculator to fine tune my numbers if the loan product is not covered in the BP calculator, but I guess I've never considered that within the scope of what BP was advertising as its strength.

I have a contract on a property just outside of Bardstown and need an inspection. 

With inspections, the inspectors I have had never go out of their way to find stuff outside of the immediate areas I am altering.

Simple and easy to do.Not sure what kind of workarounds we can do since our loan was securitized into CMBS and they seem to be pretty strict and not able to work "outside of the box."
