Just read something that might be useful for anyone entertaining using a series LLC.

Tenant moved out after two years leaving an extremely dirty house ( floors, carpets, cabinets, appliances, outdoor area/yard).

I love the mountains, skiing outdoors, trail running (Colorado) and I love warm weather in the hard Winter (San Diego) so I designed my life to live in both place (god bless real estate:-). 

You can upgrade other things.A nice outdoor entertain area is a big plus.

From my limited experience, if you decide to rent per room (as opposed to entire place) I would suggest trying to set up some sort of outdoor area.

Quasi-Luxury Short Term Rental. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, outdoor shower, private beach sand, hammock, outdoor built-in grill with range and mini fridge, outdoor gazebo with TV entertainment, and much more...

I seen he got had on CNBC's greed show, but recovered from it.I respect his guidance in helping entertain all of us towards financial security.

It just depends what kind of property you want and if you want quiet beach living (go further north or south) - or if you want to be in the center at Myrtle Beach where most of the entertainment and activities are.  

We're close to some good outdoor rec - both winter and summer activities are <20 min away, and the quality of life here is good.
